Here at the Jigsaw Puzzle Factory our aim is to always exceed our customer’s expectations.

We stand by the quality of our product, so if you are not completely satisfied with your puzzle we insist you contact us at enquiries@jigsawpuzzlefactory.com,
or phone us at +64 3 435 0717, and tell us of your concerns.

If our product is in any way defective as a consequence of faulty manufacture, we will either give you a full refund, or remake your jigsaw puzzle.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of us confirming your order and any claims should be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
